That is correct, our system provide an electronic receipt but does not have the capability to issue tickets. Therefore your receipt is your event ticket. Please be prepared to show your receipt at the gate wither on your phone or printed.

Not at all! If you purchased a ticket to an event, you are good to go! our receipt is your tickets and that is all you need to show at the gate.

It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on  your location, but typical shipping times are:  5-7 business days

We want to offer you a selection of choices while also being careful of our environmental impact. So we have partnered with Printful to create custom apparel at the time you order it. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
