Fill out your Entry Form ahead of time

⏰The Embro Fall Fair is just one week away
Instead of needing to fill out your form when you drop off entries on Fridya, we recommend taking the time to register your exhibits beforehand.
Follow these steps!
1. Click the following link: https://www.assistexpo.ca/embro-zorra-agricultural-society
2. Follow the steps to create an account.
3. Once in your account, click “Add Participant” and Input All Information, and Create New Participant
4. Click “Add Entry” and Select Embro Fair and select the information for your entry
5. To add more entries, please click “Add another entry” and Repeat step 4 and 5 to continue adding entries.
NOTE: To receive your new exhibitor ID , please enter at least one of your entries and click SUBMIT so that a confirmation email can be sent to you containing your exhibitor ID.
It is highly recommended to submit your entries beforehand to avoid delays at exhibit drop off, but if you are unable to do so or having difficulty we will help you when you arrive to the arena on Friday Sept 12th between 2-8pm

Yes, some classes are for youth and some are for adults. The class/event will have specific details outlined in the Fairbook

NOPE! Classes and events are meant for everyone from beginner to enthusiast. The Fair is about celebrating all of the many talents and abilities we have in our rural community. Everyone is welcome to enter!

Please bring your entries to the Embro Zorra Community Centre on Friday September 12 between 2-8pm. There will eb entry sheets and tags available at drop off.
