We have amazing volunteers - come join the fun!

Volunteer Roles
Set up Indoor
Setting up tables, putting up signs, setting up chairs, moving heavy pieces of display equipment.
Physical Activity: Heavy - moderate. Lifting required
Suitable for ages: 14 and over
Set up Outdoor
Setting up outdoor tents and displays, moving picnic tables.
Physical Activity: Heavy - moderate. Lifting required
Suitable for ages: 16 and over
Kitchen support
Prepping food, making coffee, washing dishes
Physical Activity: Moderate. Standing for 1-2 hrs
Suitable for ages: 14 and over
Gates
Accepting admission payment and directing traffic
Physical Activity: Light
Suitable for ages: 16 and over
Parking
Directing traffic
Physical Activity: Moderate. Standing/Walking for 1-2 hrs
Suitable for ages: 16 and over
Book sale
Setting up the book tables, processing payments and packing up the books
Physical Activity: Moderate. Lifting required during set up / clean up
Suitable for ages: 14 and over
Concert
Setting up fencing, event support, clean up after event
Physical Activity: Moderate. Lifting required during set up / clean up
Suitable for ages: 16 and over
Bartending
Selling alcoholic beverages, restocking the bar , packing up unused alcohol after the event. Must have valid Smart Serve Certification
Physical Activity: Moderate. Standing for lengths of time
Suitable for ages: 18 and over
Craft Painting
Supervise the painting station where kids paint a wooden sculpture. Just restock paint as needed and wipe down tables as needed
Physical Activity: Low
Suitable for ages: 14 and over
Fair Games
Support kids in playing the game as outlined, cheer them on, set the game back up in between turns.
Physical Activity: Low - Moderate. Some walking to reset the games
Suitable for ages: 14 and over
Fair Games Prize Table
Support kids in choosing their prizes, restocking the prize table as needed
Physical Activity: Low.
Suitable for ages: 14 and over
Obstacle Course
Time racers, cheer them on, give them their participation prize
Physical Activity: Low - Moderate
Suitable for ages: 16 and over
