LEGAL NOTICE REGARDING PHOTOGRAPY AND VIDEO RECORDING
Photography and Video Recording is occurring for advertising, commercial use, and archives
Please be advised that members of or agents on behalf of the Embro & Zorra Agricultural Society
(“EZAS”) will be taking photographs and video for advertising, commercial, and archival purposes, during
the Embro Fall Fair, the Embro Fall Fair Country Music Concert, and any other related Society activities.
The EZAS reserves the exclusive right to photograph all participants, attendees, performers, exhibitors
and volunteers (without exception).
Your attendance at an EZAS event constitutes consent to be photographed or video-recorded for
use in print or electronic publicity solely by the EZAS.
To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or
personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal
guardian.
If you object to your likeness being used in any form, please attend at the Fair Office prior to the close of
the Fair, and provide your full name, address and telephone number and allow us to photograph you in
order to have your likeness excluded. If at an EZAS event other than the Fair, contact the event organizer
or any attending EZAS Director.
